The prime rib is so good that it brought tears to my boyfriend's eyes and it's absolutely his favorite thing to eat. Would definitely recommend.

Let me start with the service terrible, this server should have known by what we were ordering she would of given outstanding service, HELL NO, the appetizers tasted like they were straight out of the microwave. The server didn't ask us if we wanted another drink or water for that matter. The dinner the steak NO flavor and for $50 dollars a steak it should of been GREAT. I think we should of sat outside instead of indoors, because the service was 100% better outside than inside. But make no mistake the food was not worth the prices.

The outside patio has a great atmosphere! I saw a great band last night called Hammond Jackson. The sandwich menus is reasonable, the buckets of beer are cheap and the food is great. The staff works hard. There were people of all ages and there was a lot of energy on the dance floor due to the variety of songs performed. Highly recommended!

My family and friends have been coming there for 25 years and always had great food here and service wich was outstanding. We love the patio and Brandon our waiter yes sometimes its busy be paitent have a drink the pour a little heavy and relax we would like to see more entertainment in the patio keep it up will see you on sweetest day THANK YOU GUYS

I've been going to krapels for the past 6 years on my BirthDay. Waitresses are freindly all the time, my steak is perfected all the time, and I can't wait for Sep. 1st.All the time. Keep up the great work krapels. For the bad reviews I'm shocked maybe u should join me on sep. 1St I've always had a great experience.

The steaks are very good. Service can be very slow, need more servers. I have never had the bar buy me a drink back, so I do not order anything from the bar any more. It's

worth a visit.

We have tried this restaurant 4 or 5 different times since the new patio opened. Each time the service has been horrible and the food is awful. We like the atmosphere on the patio but will not be coming back. They should really think about serving better quality food and getting better staff.

Where do I begin... the hostess on the patio side was so rude. She tells us they don't have high chairs or booster seats. Then she disappears for 10 minutes and crams 6 oversized chairs into a way too small table next to the loudest table of 10 in there when the rest of the place was empty and proceeds to tell us they don't have any tables big enough for 6 out there (when a table of 10 was right next to us). We immediately decide we need to go inside. We discuss the no high chair situation with our waitress. She doesn't know why they don't have high chairs, the owners just aren't kid friendly. More like ignorant. She's had the conversation several times with customers. We're not happy. As she begins to take our drink orders, Emmeline falls out of the chair at her feet, banging her head on the ground and starts screaming at the top of her lungs. This is where my blood pressure goes through the roof. I grab her, jackets and diaper bag and declare that we are leaving. Everyone follows wit

I honestly think not one person should waste time and money going to this awful steak house. Its overpriced, food IS NOT that good and it is small servings. Not recommended. The wait staff were horrific towards customers and i had a fly constantly buzzing around my head. I suggest going down the street to Jennys Steak house on 111th right before central, the food is better and you will be treated respectfully and like family.

It was the worst experience. Four of us went to dinner. The service was VERY badTwo of our steaks were not done right The waitress never asked how it was nor offered us Coffee or dessert. She wore a pin saying QUEEN. Never Again.
