      The Agent was knowledgeable and very patient with us. Answered all of our questions and offered suggestions and options. My wife and I were very happy with the personal service that we received and feel very comfortable in doing business with this company.

      I was thoroughly displeased trying to sign up for business insurance here, the agent didn't answer any of my questions directly, was clearly exhausted (yawning and stretching across the table from me), and when I asked how simple it was to cancel at the end of the application process, realizing I was making a mistake there, she responded telling me that she doubted I'd find a lower premium. If you want the cheapest option, maybe go here, but I'd prefer decent customer support and actual coverage over a low premium.
