These people know nothing about customer service. I bought a product for $50.00. I wanted to exchange it the next day and they refused. I had to pay $1.07 for 2 skull caps. They wouldn't take my debit card because they said there was a minimum purchase of $5.00 to use the card. I've bought goods and services all over the world and never encountered any people so rude. I will never go there again and will discourage anyone who asks me about them. If I could give them less than 1 star o would.

Beauty touch is a racist store if ever I've seen one. I purchased hair from them, realized that it wasn't the color I wanted, and called the owner to tell him I had just been to the store, and just wanted an exchange. I came back and he was rude, loud and very uncooperative towards me! Her made racist statements towards me and pushed me aside, to wait on other customers. I'm planning on reporting them to the BBB because noone should be treated this way.

Beauty Touch gets two thumbs down. This business is a joke and is not consumer friendly. I bought $400.00 dollars worth of Brazilian Remy and the hair started to shed extremely. The store owner told me to send the hair back to the vender; however, she was the vender that I received the hair from. It was up to the store owner to send the hair back. In the end, I was left without any money or hair. I learned my lesson, stick to the hair store on Waughtown St. were the service is outstanding!!!!!!!

They have a lot of different products, often cheaper than the chain beauty supply stores. BUT, make sure you know their policies concerning purchasing their products. For instance, they consider shampoo a "chemical" and will not take it back - even when it is unused, recently purchased and you have a receipt.
