      Instead of running all over the place looking for this one certain video game that my teen wants, I decided to call around. Thank goodness I called my favorite Cash America FIRST. The one on 7800 W., 3500 S. The guy that answered the phone personally looked for me while I was on the line. They didn't have it. Thanks though! How cool is that?!
      I absolutely LOVE the people at the 7800 W store! They're awesome! Soooo, I called this one. The lady that answered immediately shot me down. Didn't even ask which one I was looking for! "No. We don't do that." "Would you mind looking for me?" "No. Nah. We just don't do that". Wait, WHAT?! Okay. I know. Such a silly little thing to complain about. Please! Correct me if I'm wrong. I was under the impression that businesses want and NEED customers to survive. I have a VERY bad habit of frequenting the businesses that act like they give a damn. So, blow smoke up my butt! Seriously! "Absolutely, let me check that for you". She puts the call on hold while secretly being completely disgusted that someone would be so lazy as to just make a phone call!!! Some people....😱 Picks the line back up, " No, I'm sorry. We don't have that one right now. Have a nice day." Click. Training issue!!! It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE, People! Learn it!!! Live it!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!!
