After going to many dress shops with my daughter searching for the perfect prom dress, I was so happy to find this hidden gem of a dress shop! The women who helped us was so friendly & helpful. Finally someone who understood how to really help a indecisive teenage girl! She had the most dresses out of any of the 6 boutiques we had been to. It was difficult to view but she assisted in finding the one just for you. The dresses she has are unique & not all the same or similar like the other shops. Their prices were fair, service was excecptional & the selection was far better then any other place we'd been to!

I had to pick 1 star but this business doesn't even deserve that. The woman who "helped" me spoke and appeared very unprofessional with little to no customer service skills. I was there to buy a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I am in and the shop didn't have one I could try on and after taking my measurements was unable to tell me what size she was ordering me. Not to mention when I arrived I had to call a number in order for someone to "come downstairs" to let me in. I was very hesitant to leave my credit card in the amount of 145$ and needed to check with the bride and also see if I could order the gown online first. I asked her if I could come back the next day. She said yes. I returned, unaware of their hours, call the number and she spoke very unprofessionally to me, stated she wasn't going to sell me the dress bc I mentioned I wanted to look online and hung up on me. I called back a gentleman answered and acused me of being rude and disrespectful and bashed me as a person. Then stated that they were refusing to sell me the gown. I asked what should I tell the bride? That I can't be in her wedding and he said he guessed so. It is a very sketchy establishment with no customer service. I've been a bride myself and have been a part of many weddings and I have never seen a "bridal boutiqe" ran this way. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
