I had a flat tire and I was in an unfamiliar neighborhood and I was debating if I was going going to stop at C & E or not. I finally decided to stop otherwise I will damage the rim. i just want to make a correction they are specializing in both domestic and foreign cars. they are my one and only trusted shop for my jag and benz and my daughter's saab. the place is very clean and roomy. the bathroom is complete with everything that you normally needs that you cannot always find in independent shops

you should visit this repair shop, the place is very accessible, what i meant is, you can easily drive in and out of the garage. the service writer understand what she does, that she make you understand the repairs and charges, in a very simple words

i want to give them a 5 star because of their very unique technique in explaining the problem with the car, the parts needed, the repairs needed, the time frame of the repairs, the price and a very friendly service. this shop gave all my old parts back and i did not even asked for them. this shop know my car as well as my full name. i felt at home and i can relax. i can felt their honesty, by the way the owner pick up the phone on the first ring and she is very pleasant to talk with.

I have taken my vehicles (i have 3) for tune-ups, oil changes, to change brake pads as well as when check engine light appears, every time i have received timely service. I appreciate the honesty of the owners, they have told me when i may be able to receive better service from the dealership, there are parts that may be less expensive for me to use but due to the lack of quality they will not use it in my car. When i have had problems inside my engine they will show me a diagram and explain in detail what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix it. As a woman this is important to me because i don't know anything about cars but i can take it to another repair shop and get a second opinion based on the specific information that i've been given. I highly recommend C&E Auto
