I would like to start off by saying the only reason they received one star is because I couldn't choose 0 stars. before I paid good money for some supposedly high quality tires they were as nice/helpful with all smiles. after the sale I was shocked to realize my tires were bald and left me stranded on a trip, after only 15,000 miles on the tires. I bring this to their attention and they are totally against the idea of a warranty. Wasting money, time, and energy trying to get over on me instead of keeping a customer happy. If you buy tires from here don't get the warranty its a waste of money, simply because you never know if they will honor it or not. While treating you like your the problem, when their terrible service and customer satisfaction and faulty products are to blame! This conclusion, has been made after 3 or 4 attempts to make things right with no solution other then I just got taken for my hard earned money! Never use this troubled company.

I buy all my tires here because they have great "tire insurance." But it seems their customer service has really taken a dive. I have 4 cars that need tires often. If u like customer service, don't come here. If u like their tire replacement policy, then good place. U need to b very very very specific bout what u need b/c no one will go that extra step for u. Just a warning.
