I had read several negative online reviews but decided to go in any way. I am ever so glad we did! Initially, we ordered a special band to go with my engagement ring. It came in a short time later but was not going to fit the engagement ring well. A personal message to Mr. Boozer regarding this important piece was well received. Mr. Boozer made it a point to meet with us in person. He explained our options so that I would be ensured to get what I wanted. In the end, I brought my bridal set and was very pleased. Mr. Boozer was kind, reasonable and even refunded money for another piece. I look forward to much more purchases at his family business!
