Horrible! I ordered my dress 8 months in advance and was only given ONE fitting a month before my wedding and the dress was just being started. I was given nothing but excuses on why I couldnt have at least a final fitting but was assured my dress would be ready and even delivered to my door for the "inconvenience." It was delivered the day before my wedding, and when I took the dress out of the garment bag it was completely wrinkled and one size too small! That entire day was spent trying to iron this dress but it was no use. I walked down the isle in a wrinkled dress and could not sit up in my chair during dinner because the dress did not fit. Pictures of me during dinner were of me slouched down in my chair. I called that next week to let Helena know how dissatisfied I was and she was nothing but rude and unapologetic. I even threatened to take her to small claims court in which she laughed and said "go ahead". Do not come here, this woman does not deserve to be in business.

this lady is a total nightmare do not go here unless u want unnecessary stress!!! she is too overwhelmed with work and is so disorganized. she says she can have a dress done in like one week. then why is it that my girls went to get measured in Dec. but didnt end up getting there dresses done til the day before the wedding in MAY!!! then one of my girls dresses didnt have the alterations that were necessary done. when she went to pick up the dress it still had the pins on it where it needed fixing. then one of my girls was missing her sash. i asked her to take it to the church the day of the wedding for me cuz it was already time when i discovered it and she said of course no problem but no one ever showed up. of course how could i expect anything else from them. and u give this lady a pic of a dress you want made and she doesnt even bother to look at it and makes it how she wants to and insists thats how the dress is and thats how YOU wanted it. dont let these people fool you. never again i will never recommend them or will ever step foot inside that place ever again.
