      Established in 1980, McGrath's Fish House Restaurants has its corporate headquarters in Salem, Ore., with branches in Washington, California, Idaho, Utah and Arizona. It offers a variety of fish and seafood, such as lemon caper sole, coconut prawns, crab cakes, crab crusted snapper, beer battered prawns, baked stuffed sole, wood fired salmon, popcorn shrimp, pan-fried oysters and broiled platter. It also offers a range of desserts that include marionberry cobbler, chocolate mousse and whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, tuxedo truffle mousse, cheesecake, bread pudding, apple crisp with rum sauce and key lime pie.
