I purchased a couple massages for me and my Best friend. The Receptionist was a sweet and friendly lady. They were also were very accommodating having conveniently late appointments - as late as 9pm!



This spa definitely a hidden gem! From the outside you couldn't tell how beautiful the spa was from the inside. I honestly felt the pictures from their website were generic photos, but it is certainly straight from the source. They offered us use of the showers before the massage as well as the sauna. I don't like being sweaty before a massage and they allowed me to use it after the massage.



The massage itself was amazing. I prefer extremely firm massages, so I tend to lean towards male masseuse's because they have never disappointed as far as pressure. I as surprised when I found out my lady masseuse was a ninja... LOL! I actually had to ask for lighter pressure several times... she was awesome :)



As far as my friend's massage, she only has one worry when we do our pampering outings. She had surgery on her ankle, and always has to remind the masseuse not to touch her ankle. She only mentioned it once, and they never went near it.



The only thing I would suggest is to crank up the soothing music. I heard it faintly in the back, but the ladies were so sweet I'm sure they would accommodate.



They even offered us a Mother's Day special for $100 - Body Scrub with Aromatherapy Oil Massage. I've never had this done, but my best friend mentioned she would definitely be back to take advantage of this deal since these are usually over $200 in the city.



Highly recommended, but if you prefer medium-to-light pressure with massages always make sure to let the masseuse know. They can't read your mind.

I truly recommend this place if you want a total body cleansing. It was absolutely amazing. The body scrub is out of this world. I never realized what a body scrub was, but during this procedure you can actually see the dirt and dead skin come off of your own body. If you want a total body relaxation method, New Day Spa is the way to go. I promise you that you will not regret it.
