Provided by YP.comI find it very odd that AAA had no problem mailing out a renew notice that came right to my mail box, no prob, but when I paid them way back on in the end of March to be renewed starting 5/1/15. I never received a current AAA card. They claim they sent it 3 times. I do not believe they sent it at all. If they had sent 3 times I surely would have received one of them since I always receive my mail. Only problem I have had with not receiving my mail, is when AAA claims they sent 3 cards. They were so quick to take my money & then left me in the lurch. After numerous phone calls, I still have not received my card & gee May 1st is a few days away & still no card & my old one will be expired on May 1st. As I stated before, they had no problem getting a renewal notice out in the mail to me that came right to my door. As soon as they got their money they play dumb. I do not trust AAA of Oklahoma. I had it in Missouri & had no prob getting my card. When I spoke to them they asked if I had printer & they would e-mail temp paper copy. I told them I don't have a printer. All they had to do was print one themselves & mail it to me. After 12 phone calls to them one women, who was very rude said she would print temp card & mail it until I get the "permanent card" They could have offered to do that in one of the 12 calls a made to them, but no & by the way I still have not received a temp or permanent card from them. They do not care about the customer unless they are taking money from you. They make out like the bandits they are by receiving a payment of $55 from me & have provided me with nothing for that $55. Oklahoma is a very corrupt state & that is why these companies like AAA get away with taking money from honest hard working folks and leaving us without service. I do not recommend AAA of Oklahoma out of Tulsa to anyone. Very shady.
