I had a scheduled appointment June 18, 2012 at 9:30AM. I arrived and signed in at 9:27AM. I had not been to this office in several years and the required documents were prepared prior to my arrival. I was finally called at 10:15Am and placed in examining room#5. I waited another (15) minutes, at which time I exited room#5 and went to the reception area. I indicated to them that I had another appointment and that waiting for (1) hour was very disappointing. It should be noted that no staff person explained why there was a delay or that maybe you were backlogged. I came to this facility on a recommendation and this is the 3rd time this type of delay has occurred. I am very disappointed with the lack of concern for the patient. Scheduling several patients for the same time block creates this situation. Hopefully you and your colleagues will review this policy and resolve same for the benefit of the patient. Your office expects prompt payment for services, I expect prompt service. Fred C.
