We offer everything from simple document preparation to full Court representation in hotly contested and litigated family law matters, including high conflict custody cases, cases involving Minor's Counsel, 730 Custody Evaluations, Solution Focused Evaluations, custody modifications, move away cases, domestic violence restraining orders, paternity actions, property division, forensic accounts, pension joinder and division, child and spousal support, vocational examinations, and attorney fees. If at all possible, we try to settle the case as quickly and with as little expense as possible. It isn't always necessary to have an attorney at your side at all times, but if it becomes necessary, because of the other person's conduct, we are ready to aggressively represent our client.

Ten out of ten!!!

I met Nadine by chance at Orange County Pet Adoptions, and was lucky enough to adopt a great dog from her. At that time, I was going through divorce/custody issues, with my now ex husband, who also is a lawyer, with huge substance abuse problems. Not an easy case. I had retained someone, but I found out shortly after meeting Nadine, that my lawyer was NOT representing me, if anything was collaborating with my ex husband behind my back, to get my case as he put it 'over and done with' quickly! I did not know which way to turn, and so called Nadine for advice. Nadine thankfully took over my case the very next day, and did more for me in 24 hours than my other lawyer had done in months! My case ended up being in the Courts for 3 years, and Nadine was just wonderful, in her knowledge, representation, and her total support of myself and my daughter. We have lived in 'peace' now for 2 1/2 years.........and I know that Nadine was the 'angel' sent to us, who is responsible for that! I will never forget her! She is the genuine thing...there are ALOT of fakes out there....you will not find better. Thank you once again Nadine...................

If you want an attorney that KNOWS the legal system and want professional representation Nadine Jett is the attorney for you. My husband hired a "big wig" attorney with a high price tag thinking the more he paid an attorney the better his chances to "win" were. Nadine never faltered though my husband's attorney was a "bully". Nadine cut to the chase and addressed the issues we had right away. She didn't waste time (or my money) with a bunch of "legal huff and puff". She was able to explain things to me in a way that I could understand and provided me with the knowledge I needed to make decisions on getting my divorce DONE. I was VERY HAPPY with the advice and representation I received from Nadine. I HIGHLY recommend her with confidence.

wonderful child advocate

Our journey with Nadine began almost three years ago when we were trying to get custody of our grand daughter.

Our daughter has a drug addiction and was taking her 4 year old along for the ride. As anyone who has tried to get a parents rights terminated this is a daunting task. With Nadines help, compassion and knowledge of the legal system we have had custody of our grand daughter and as a result she is a happy smart and wonderful 8 year old!! Thanks to Nadine Jett and her wonderful staff. We love Nadine and will always have a special place in our heart for her.
