Everyone at AAA was so helpful. Not only did they do their jobs well and with speed, they were great about giving us all the information we needed to make the best decisions cost-wise, to stretch the insurance claim money for the best results.

I can't say enough great things about this business. They were sent to us by our insurance company when we filed a claim. They were the best part of the clean up effort. I hope I don't need their services again but if I ever do need them I would not hesitate to call them.
I have used them now on two separate occasions and they have always supposed my expectations and done a fabulous job.
AAA was amazing! They were at our home within 2 hours of calling and are located 45 minutes away. We were thoroughly explained the process of the water cleanup and answered all our questions. We asked if they could come early each day to check equipment and they did. Awesome company!!!
They were friendly, caring and understanding. When they showed up it was a bad time. They took time out to explain everything, more than once. They were very patient.

i have been a repeat customer of AAA standard Services. I have been pleased with the service I have received. They have been very professional from the estimator to the workers. i was quoted a price for the service and didnt pay any more then the quote. the workers very polite and respectful they did their work quickly and professionally. i had backed up sewer water and the cleaned and removed everything that i needed .....great job
I had a fairly serious problem with raccoons in my attic. I called AAA Standard Services for help. They had a man at my door within one hour. After he gave me a quote and told me what needed to be done, I awarded them the job. They did a great job - start to finish. Follow-ups were timely, and the work was done as scheduled. A very reliable company.
I'm posting this a few months after we had AAA come clean our basement after the sewer collapsed and caused sewage backup. They came out in a timely fashion. However, that's about all I'm happy with. Once everything finally dried, I noticed that the tiles seemed to be stained. I wanted to go over the floors one more time with bleach. I dripped a little plain water on the floor while filling the bucket and the "stain" immediately appeared to run away from the water (like when you put a drop of dish soap into water with grease). So there was this nasty brown-ish residue (resi-poo) on my floor still. We made a call and were told it was normal...um didn't we pay them to clean the mess? It was not clean. After AAA left, I also noticed that there was a puzzle that had been knocked on the floor, there were parts that they had sprayed and wedged under a PVC pipe that runs along the floor. Now it's been a couple months and our line seems to be starting to backup again, we caught it before it started coming out thankfully. The plumber pulls out puzzle pieces, dryer sheets and random other odds and ends. Sooooo AAA, instead of bagging the contaminated items, just decided to spray them down the sewer line. We will not use them again if there should be a next time. I'll do it myself since I had to do it myself again after paying them to do it.
