Since The Loft Salon has been under new management, there is a difference. When you arrive you are welcomed with a beverage (a glass of wine is available if you'd like) and a yummy cookie or brownie. Everyone has a smile. They really show they there to make your salon experience relaxing. The environment in the salon is low-key yet hip and young. It fits all age groups. The stylists work with each other making sure you are satisfied. The prices for services and products are reasonable and there is always some promotion going on (in salon or online). I keep up with them on Facebook to hear great hair styling/care tips, events and promotions.
