General Info
We operate a clean, secure home-away-from-home for your valued four- legged family members. All kennel staff members are experienced, mature, and very animal- oriented. The health, happiness, and safety of each and every animal boarded with us is our primary consideration. For the protection of all the animals boarded with us, we require a certificate from your veterinarian listing all vaccinations and the date they were given. We require DHLP and RABIES within the last twelve months. We welcome exotic animals for boarding. We will board snakes, ferrets, birds and other exotics. We also do dog grooming and cat grooming. Private training sessions are available. We specialize in early training for puppies.

Due to the neglect of kennel technicians and failure to report an incident. A puppy crossed the rainbow bridge at Kalan Kennels. The incident was completely avoidable and a family has lost a member due to this carelessness.
We boarded our 50 lb hound mix there for 4 days. Our dog was well treated and in good mental and physical health when we got her back. We plan to use Kalan for our next boarding. The kennel seems a little bit out of the way but is acutally easy to get to from Mahan.
