Dr. Kent's staff is wonderful. They are kind and caring. Dr. Kent takes his time with you nd listens first.
He makes you think of the old times before things got so busy and rushed. Comfortable and relaxed.

btw his office is on Thomasville Road near I-10 now.

The office staff are horrible at communicating with the customers regarding the status of the authorization from insurance companies. They're constantly telling you that they will call you and never do. When you call them, they say "I was just about to call you". They've lost my records in the past and had to run test over again. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
