I am still in tears and unable to talk about what they did. I am so sad. Not sure why people who supposedly love animals would do a procedure, charge an exorbitant amount of money, not even knowing what the real problem was. Now I can't afford to take any animals in for care as I will be paying a monthly payment for the next 8 months.

Not happy with this place. Charged me an outrageous price for bloodwork etc. Then misdiagnosed my cat who died, no thanks to them.

I am not a client at this office and do not live in the Surprise area. However, I called them up to ask questions about diagnositic services they can provide and the person I spoke to was extremely compassionate about my situation and informative. If I ever move to that area, I would definetly take my dogs there. Thank you again. Jamie

All they care about is your money ! They failed to return calls, don't seem to care about your pet . Did not even try to explain my dogs problem . They took more time talking about the cost of the treatment than the treatment its self . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

I have been taking Cleo and Crumpet here for a few years. The compassion, help and caring is excellent from the reception to the doctors. Love them!!

We took our new puppies for their first check up. Everyone was so nice and the place was very clean. The Dr. took his time with each puppy and then explained everthing to us. Both my husband and myself felt like we had know the Dr. for along time. We will be going back.

We have been going here for about 8 months and are very pleased with the services we have received. We have a very timid dog and they are very patient with her. They are open 7 day's a week which is great for making appointments and the staff are very pleasant to work with. They also have been very accomodating with scheduling last minute appointments. We have already sent other friends to them as well. Great Vet!!!

We have had the good fortune of having Dr.Rollins care for both of our dogs and could not be more pleased, caring, professional, sensitive to our concerns, there just aren't enough adjectives. We have recommended both he and his staff to friends and family. We credit him with saving our older dogs life, after others had failed at giving him the correct diagnosis. We are and will be forever thankful that such a caring individual.
