Customer was really upset about her nails lifting after having it done the night before. The "manager" or whoever she is said the customer wouod have to pay $15 for a full set because the old nails needed to be removed. The customer was clear in her frustration and fear of getting a fungus. They just continued to say $15 dolla she fix. Then the owner walked up to a waiting customer and began to gossip about what happened. Not good customer service in my opinion!

I recommend people coming to Ashely nails they have good service if you have patients they give good pedicures and medicures and also a good waxing job.
