I made an appointment for my friend and I to get a mani/pedi at 10:30, it was after 11 when we were started and I actually had lunch plans, I told them when I came in the door that my friend and I had appointment and were here for a mani/pedi. One of the employees said sorry it s taking so long but they are busy... apparently they don't understand how to handle customers that are walk ins vs appointments. Don't take the appointment if you cannot staff appropriately, then they forgot I had a mani scheduled too and told me I should have reminded them. I did when I walked in the door, didn't know I had to keep reminding them. The prices were good but I will never go back, plus, she clipped part of my skin and my thumb is sore.
