I have been with Habig and Magoon for 17 years, I have my home and automobile policies with them. Everyone there at Habig and Magoon are wonderful to work with although, Denise is by far heads and shoulders above the rest (my opinion) I say this as I have been working with her for the past 17 years and she always goes above above and beyond to make you feel as though you are not just a faceless number. This whole office actually is like this, I was in the office one day and another agent was on the phone helping a client and he was so happy to tell them he saved them some money he called them up and let them know.

Don't buy insurance from this company; If you sell your property and you get money back from flood insurance or anything else they wait for the time to lasp so that you will not be entitled to your funds back. The date will pass and the American flood insurance will not refund your owed money because habig and Magoon waited until the last minute to submit your papers even though you sent everything in to them on time; they will claim they never got your paper work or CD or the person who was handeling it no longer works there they will come up with some excuse not to get your funds back to you.
