The staff is great and the stylist go that extra mile to give you that perfect look. I have had Kari, Kristi, Nancy and Brenda cut my hair. I wasn't so good at making appointments so I had to take the first opening. And they all did an exceptional job

Unfortunately, I haven't been overly impressed. My stylist doesn't take the time to get my hair to lay properly or to avoid scissor marks. She has also cut it too short a couple times and changed the color without asking me once. I am now looking for a new place to take my business.
