The staff and selection are wonderful, but DO NOT get your alternations done here. I really don't know if my dress is salvageable. It is the most terrifying and frustrating thing!

This store has a new owner since the last post. Awesome environment and best service in the area. I got my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from there. Best service, make you feel like you are their only customer! I couldn't be more impresses and satified. Check them out!

I ordered a dress here for a friend's wedding in February. I am 18 years old and have never been in a wedding before, so I had no idea that dresses in store often stretch. I was never told to "order up" because taking in a dress is easier than taking it out. So I ordered the dress size that I tried on and fit me in the store, only to get it and find it was several inches too small! Firstly, since there has been minimal weight gain and I still wear the same sizes in all my other clothes, there had to be some discrepancy in the store dress and the one I ordered. So, when I took the dress back, they were no help, told me to lose weight, see an alterations lady for some expensive alterations, or order a new dress--all at my own cost! $160 for the original dress, $160 for the new dress and $60 in restocking fees! Absolutely ridiculous. Of course, when I went back, they told me I should've ordered a size or two larger anyways because it's easier to take in a dress. Go anywhere else but here.
