My elderly mother and long time customer of this place just had a horrible experience.As she was having her nails done the business had a plumbing issue that filled my motherspurse with several inches of water. The water soaked everything in her purse and ruined her phone. The manager and owner would do nothing to help replace her phone and treated her with total disrespect. Their dumb decision has already cost them 5 regular customers from my family. To treat anyone much less elderly people like this showsme what kind of people operate this business. Sad

I called the morning of 10/4 to inquire if they had time to do a mani/pedi for 3 people that same day. They said it was no problem and to come in. They were very busy, due to there being a homecoming that same day, for which I only found out after I arrived. According to the nail technician, they were expecting to be busy as they were aware of the homecoming. They were very disorganized and weren't keeping track of what each customer requested, making the wait time even longer. I showed them a picture of what I wanted - a french manicure on both my hands and toes, with a special design on each ring finger/toe. My pedicure was good, except for the special design. I had to go to a different nail salon afterward to have the polish on my hands redone, as well as the special design on my two toes. When I finished, I noticed that my Mom had not been started yet. When I went to pay and inquire about my Mom, the woman directly stated to my Mom in a rude and loud tone that there was no time. I'm usually quite understanding, especially given the circumstances (i.e., homecoming and being busy). However, being busy was no reason to disrespect and embarrass my Mom. I will never return other than to provide a verbal complaint.

Went in for eyebrow wax. Lady was rude (she was evidently in a hurry), did a horrible job, & charged me $35!!!!! Won't be going back!!!

When I went to Hollywood Nails, I got manicure and a pedicure. The manicure was great. The polish looks great, and it's actually one of the best fingernail painting I've had. The pedicure on the other hand (which was done by a different person than the manicure), was horrible. The skin on my feet is as rough as it was when I walked in the door, and the polish job is horrible. I suggest removing any previous nail polish before stepping foot into Hollywood nails because they do a horrible job at removing it. I have lime green peeking out from under my new pink polish. I won't even go into how ugly my toenails look, because it'll make my blood pressure rise. I basically paid nearly 40 dollars for a pedicure that did absolutely nothing for me. In fact, I'm about to take off the polish from my toes and give myself my own pedicure as soon

Best place ever!!!

NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!! This place doesn't care if you have an appointment, they still make you wait! And then when you don't tip them because they don't deserve it, they go around the whole salon showing everyone! RIDICULOUS!! I made an appointment at 4:45 and did not start getting my pedicure until 5:30 or later...and did not leave until 6:30 and that's because I was rushing them to hurry! I felt like I was being held against my will! If you want to have a peaceful, relaxing salon experience, DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I have already told my friends about this place! Professional, relaxing atmosphere.

They do an excellent job. I have been to nails shops all over Shreveport this is a first class operation.
