I've used Kem cleaners for 10 years always had great service until recently I pick up an order my suit pants hem come out after dry cleaning so I brought them back only because i could not wear them , the clerk claimed that it must have been that way when i brought them in I said it wasn't she assumed I was looking for something free after spending $65 the day before she said it was not there problem but would repair them at no cost it would not have mattered if they charged me to be honest only because I needed them , she has no personality at all just blah! any way she told me it would take 4 weeks lol so I waited the 4 weeks and picked my pants up , wore them once & the Hem feel out again ! for real , I will never return to Kem cleaners because of this .
