poor customer service skills and unfair work practices. the owner, (wouldn't tell me his name.) did not speak to me before he started working on my car. i tried speaking to him but he was eating and gave me one minute gesture. but never attempted to speak to me, he was doing a job i didn't ask for and had taken my tire off of the rim, and wouldn't put it back on unless i paid. then when the police came he left out the part about wanting me to pay for something i didnt ask for, he just wouldnt put the tire back on, he also claimed that he spoke to me and said i said i wanted a tire.

Great emergency service on a Saturday at the Mongomery shop. Had to get special order tires. They went and got them and got me in and out and back on the road in a fairly short amount of time, given the sitation. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and even went through the checklist with me to make sure it all got done right.

The owner gives the worst customer service ever. I purchased a used tire from his new location on Ogeechee Rd. I guess bc I'm a female that don't know much about tired he felt he could scam me. I called to let him know that I was told the tire was no good. He told me he doesn't sell bad tires and he wasn't about to argue with me because his store only provides a "1 day" warranty.. I'm glad he needed those 40.00 more than I did. I want be back & will continue to spread the word not to go here.
