My last visit there was a few years back and they acted like they were doing me a favor selling me my work boots which can run up to $300 a pair. So I stop going there. (I guess I forgot to mention this to my wife or she forgot) Recently my wife went there with our grandson to buy some shoes and my grandson needed to use the restroom. (He is 3yrs old and anyone with a 3 yr old knows how that goes.) My wife had just driven 20 mins from the north to do business there. She was treated rudely and told (believe by one of the owners or manager) they didn't have a public restroom and need to go to the gas station down the street, She wasn't "the public" she was a costumer. She grabbed our grandson and drove down to the gas station, then continued on to the shoe store across the street and spent $80 there. Granted, between my work boots, inserts and other shoes for myself, wife and grandkids we may only spend about $500 + or - a year on shoes and such. A drop in the bucket to them. They won't miss us and I sure in hell don't miss them and now neither will my wife

This store is amazing. They have some of the best customer service you could ever expect to find. They have low pressure sales people who are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you might have. They carry many hard to find sizes with large widths 4e and higher. They also carry a great selection of styles and brands. With everything from formal shoes to heavy duty steel toed work boots. You really won't find a better deal anywhere else.
