This is a Santa Barbara local hangout... It's an old fashioned neighborhood bar with a dining room that serves the best prime rib you've ever had. Service is great... Food is plentiful (and that's an understatement). Drinks are strong. An all around good place. Only two negatives, both arising from the same thing. The Tee-Off is too small to accomodate large groups easily and, when the place is jumping, it's pretty noisy, even in the back room away from the bar. Don't let its location fool you... It may be in a strip mall on Upper State St., away from all the fancy dining experiences you may think of when you think of Santa Barbara, but it's worth the trip. Make reservations. And, if you order the Double Eagle cut of prime rib, be prepared to have two or three additional meals from what you can't eat at the restaurant.
