I am the G.M. for S.O.S Rooter, in response to the above complaint I would first apologize if this situation occured. We have been in business serving the San Diego County for over 35 years and we strive to offer the most professional service at a fair market price. We do not claim to be the cheapest nor the most expensive. I have tried to research this customer and can find no call we went to or did on Saturday. I will ask this customer to again call me and I will definitly rectify any concerns. I have managed for 17 years and pride my self on customer service. Again S.O.S. is the leading Sewer and Drain company in San Diego County and we will continue to do what is required to provide you the public with fair and honest service. We know that being #1 requires 7 days 24hrs a day practice. We are committed to staying on top.

In response to above complaint I only ask that the customer get in contact with me, the GM and i will discuss this situation, to classify a company as a rip off with out having any work done is alittle unfair, and you can rest assure we know of no Turko report on S.O.S. Again I will state we are not 100% perfect and we do daily strive to stay the #1 plumbing, Sewer and Drain Cleaning Co. in San Diego County. It's not easy alot of people take shots at you, but if you ever feel we have not served you with the utmost professionalism, I am available 24 hrs a day 7 days aweek. thank you
