I called and spoke to Josh about fixing my pool. He assured me he would come at a designated time and day. He asked me to text him my address, which I did. No show. When I called, he said he had referred my address and phone number to another company, and that they had dropped the ball. I told him he had dropped the ball by not letting me know he was going to do that. Wow. I can't believe he does business like this. I would give this business no star, but the program did not let me.

This company came and cleaned our pool, it's so blue it looks beautiful. His prices are reasonable, his follow up was terrific and our pool looks amazing. I am so glad we signed up for service with Josh.
