they kindly gave me a ride home while they worked on my car.
Never could I have received better service - I had tried Les Schwab in West Salem, but they told me to wait 45 minutes to even LOOK at it (not even including work to be done) and after a half hour I left their facility (they never even looked at my car in that time.) I am grateful to the terrific staff at Advanced Automotive! Thank you!

Bad communication with clients, no customer service, technicians that do not know how to properly diagnose vehicle problems, they do their repairs half a$$, and cannot hold their name to their repairs and the owner Bob does not want to fix the incorrect repairs that his technicians did incorrectly causing more damage or continued damage to the vehicles that they work on. I would not refer anyone or anything to them for any type of work.

These people are kind and helpful. They fixed my dead car and gave it a tuneup when they could have charged me waaaay too much. I will always praise this company.

My husband and I have been going to advanced automotive for about 4 1/2 yrs they have always taken care of our vehicles right and have always made sure it was done right. They are always helpful and reasonably priced!

I used Advanced automotive for several years, but when the shop relocated and additional mechanics were hired the work became poor and on many occasions it was necessary to complain and take the vehicle back in. I won't use them again, and don't recommend them to others.
