Overly expensive. Cost twice as much to get a tire patched as other places. I get home and my mom tells me, yeah they are known for being expensive, don't go there...too late.

Bob Lee's is a top of the line service center. I would highly recommend them.

I love Bob Lee's and have used them 30 years. They have always been very customer service oriented and I can always find an owner on site. I was very surprised on a recent visit to find out they have added a DELI that has BOARS HEAD meats/ cheeses and fresh baked bread. I tried the cuban and it was one of the best I've ever had.

I found Bob Lee's to be expensive for tire repair. When I brought my car in for an estimate on front-end work, they did let me know that the cost to repair the front end was not worth putting into my 1999 vehicle.

I have received nothing but kindness and understanding from this FAMILY OWNED Business, they were courteous and very good at communicating with me about how much they saved me from the big "Chain" store up the street.......

Twice I brought my vehicle into Bob Lee's for an oil change. There promise is to rotate the tires while they are changing the oil. Neither time did they rotate the tires. I KNOW this because the brakes generate lots of dust which coats the rims and makes it easy to see if someone has removed a tire. In addition, the two tires on the righthand side of the vehicle had slow leaks before the oil change and after the oil change. I would NOT go back to Bob Lee's for this case and two other cases where I believe I have been ripped off by Bob Lee's Inc.

Bob Lee's Inc does not just do tires, however, that's a main service they do provide. I brought a tire in for repair. The tire needed a nail hole fixed and a valve stem repaired. During the repair they apparently let a balancing weight get caught in the bead of the tire. Consequently, I was stranded AGAIN at the airport when I returned from a trip. If tires is what they are supposed to be experts in, they did a very poor job.
