Pedicure was excellent. Place was really busy. No problem there. However, I was greeted at the door with a lady that seemed to have a bad attitude. I as going to report her to management only to learn she owned the business. Oh well… very arrogant and bossy. I will not be back. Owner needs sn attitude adjustment!

The tech doing my hands never told me her name so I will call her the lady with purple hair and purple eyeglasses. When she finished using the drill on my nails I asked her to check my hands please. So many nails were lifting a little and she didn't want to use the nail clippers. I told her I don't want water getting under my nails and to clip

There was acrylic hanging off my nails u could see my real nails She began talking in a foreign language The owner a rude ass lady comes over to polish my hands. Because I got glitter nail polish asked her to add another coat to fill in the empty spaces she yelling and said she can't. I didn't raise my voice but I started to go head to head with this lady.
