Jay Rizzo is an incredibly talented and creative jeweler! He is also very fair and reasonable. Myself and my family have had a lot of work done by Jay and have never been anything but completely THRILLED with the results! He is my "Go to" Jeweler in the Rochester area. I would, and have recommended him to family and friends and I stand by that recommendation!

Took my wedding ring to have re-set into a different setting. Brought in 14 diamonds and two gems, the ring was returned with 4 diamonds missing. When I approached Jay with the problem, I was treated with disrespect and excuses as to why they were excluded. He attempted to "steal" four diamonds from me!!!!!



Will NEVER again frequent this store!
