If I could rate a minus I would. First they tried to convince me my car uses special oil...so it would be $67 for an oil change. I have had lots of oil changes, some at the dealer and never have been told this and my owners manual doesn't say anything of the kind. I explained I hadn't ever heard this before..but they stuck by it. Then when I went to leave they wouldn't let me drive through the bays. The place was empty..not a soul there except me and the employees. This is set up as a one way drive through but they made me back up out of the drive in, into oncoming traffic in order to leave. I don't know where the manager or owner was but it was obvious why there wasn't anyone there at 5pm in the afternoon. STAY AWAY from this place. They are cheats, liars and just plain awful.
