I came to this nail salon because a friend recommended it. What I wanted was a regular fill and pedicure. I was hugely disappointed!! First, they had me waiting forever even though I had an appointment...when they finally got me, the water was too cold but they were too "busy" to ask how I was doing and the woman who did my fill kept burning me with the machine not only that but she decided that while she was doing my nails would be a good time to pay some bills over the phone. I also payed way more than I do at my regular place. Terrible, unfriendly and rude.

I was referred to this salon by a friend of mine. I went there today; the man in station #2 who did my nails was rude and argumentative. As it became clear, all he wanted to do was contradict everything I said, he stopped talking and silent finished my nails as if all of a sudden it became a bother. I was quoted $15.00 for a fill by the time I was rung up for just a fill, it was now $18.00. He did nothing additional besides argue with me as if he needed to put a dent on my Mothers Day Weekend. I will never return to this salon.

I enjoy getting my nails done so I asked around, according to those I asked this is a local recommendation, a favorite of and to the locals. Friendliness as they provided a quality manicure and pedicure though I was tempted to try a few of their other services. Only difficult situations would have to be the heavy accents that some of the employees possessed and just the sheer amount of customers that they can get I mean the day that I decided to go I witnessed a potential wait list time for 2 hours and people waited just so that they could get their nails done here. To be able to need the function of a wait list, I highly suggest calling in and scheduling an appointment beforehand so waiting will not be the problem. This Nail Center & Spa has been a running business for an appearant 15 or so years so they must be doing something right.
