There is a serious lack of management, and help!! Any given day or night there might be 3 screeners if your lucky, and they care more about there breaks, and talking to each other than helping you! They are paid 8:50 an hour to stick your veins...band let u know exactly how unhappy they are. They move like snails and complain all day. Do not allow Bethany to stick u!! She will mess your veins up and get u deferred!! Please get some supervision here, and pay your people more money. These are lives we are talking about here. Should not be so careless at a plasma bank!! And for th love of God....hire more staff...good staff...pay them a decent wage! It's 2015 people. They can work at any fast food establishment and make more!!
