First time visiting this location and I was pleasantly pleased. I received discounts, no one tried to sell me something I didn't need. They showed me my power steering fluid and what it should look like, which tells me that none of the other shops even bothered to check it. This location did everything they promised, I tend to watch what they're doing and it appears these guys did more, or maybe just did what they were suppose to do. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. See you guys on my next oil change.

My car has never dripped oil for as long as I have owned it. I took it in for a regular oil change and afterwards noticed an oil drip. I took it back in to give them an opportunity to fix it. They put in a new plug and said my oil pan MIGHT BE WEARING OUT (?). The car leaked oil much worse after this "fix". I took the car to the dealer service and they showed me that the threads on the oil pan had been completely stripped out and the pan had to be replaced. I called to ask Speedee oil Change and Tune up to reimburse me for the $707 that I paid to get my vehicle repaired and they refused to stand behind their service and cover the charges.



I know people can make mistakes but they should stand behind their work and cover the cost of errors. Unfortunately, those ethics don't apply to this business.



PS: I have been a happy customer of Speedee Oil in Sunnyvale for 8 years and never had a problem prior to this.



I wouldn't trust them to put air in my tires at this point.

The Speedee in Pleasanton is by far the best that I've ever been to. They're service is great and the workers know exactly what you want. So far, it is the cleanest Speedee I've ever been to. You would think that with all of the oil and cr parts, it would be pretty dirty. But it's really not! I hope that this review helps you!
