My 3-year-old Great Dane began developing aggression issues at about 14 months old. Initially I chucked it up to being immature, thinking he would grow out of it, but it got worse. Having a 140lb dog that is unpredictable is nerve racking to say the least. After making some calls to local trainers and researching the Internet, I was led to Carrie. Within hours Carrie was able to change Duke's perception of who is in charge (one of the issues we had) and control his behavior. Carrie spent only two days with Duke, but has provided Duke with a life time of obedience and confidence in myself. Duke still doesn't like everyone he meets, but he no longer takes it upon himself to scare away guests by growling and snapping. Carrie explained Dukes personality is like a homebody, not a socialite. Understanding his personality was a missing link for me. I now have the skills I need to control Duke, and he now understands that I am in charge. Thank You Carrie!

The Doghouse is a 45 minute drive for us from Lakeland and worth every minute of it. I found the Doghouse the perfect place to help me learn clear communication with my dog.
