I called the other day to this store needing 2 tires and spoke with Chaz who really understand customer service. He was patient with me and also tried to find the way to help me offering suggestions and alternatives. The next day I called back and asked for him again due to the good experience of the day before. We were able to schedule an appointment and, again, felt I was been treated as a customer is supposed to be treated. Went today to get my tires and even though Chaz was off, Sean took care of me in the same professional and corteous manner. I decided for this store, even though I have 2 other store closer to me just because the was I was treated by Chaz and followed-up by Sean. Got to the store, got my tires and moved on with my day. Keep it up guys, great service and no complaints at all while doing business with you!

I have been a Discount Tire customer foto over twenty years and been very pleased. Never have I experienced such poor customer service as today. The employee made me feel like it was a bother to have my business. While I will probably continue to use Discount Tire, I will NOT use this location again!

I bought tires there...when I had a problem with one of the tires,they gave me a new one.Great customer Service
