We have had our loved one at Dayspring for 3 years now and at first it was so wonderful. The staff seemed to care and treat my loved one like a family member. There has been so much turnover in leadership (we still have never spoke with the current director after almost a year) and with the care staff. The food is good, facilities clean, decent activities. The staff just dont seem to care anymore. It has become a disappoint the past year and a half and we will be looking in the new year for a more loving senior community.
