My family LOVES, LOVES, LOVES We Fix Ugly Pools. By far the best pool company in Arizona. Their techs are so kind and knowledgeable, they explain things so that a simple minded person can understand. The quality of their work far surpasses any competition out there and will last for years to come. Their work is neat and clean and beautiful. From simple repairs, to maintenance, to new builds, their quality just can't be matched by any other company.

Called We Fix Ugly Pools as we met them at a trade show. Brian came out in early June and was engaged, enthused we do everything - pools, landscaping, walls. Told him we had been pre-approved and funded at $125K and he said he'd be back with us in 2 weeks. We called three times and sent two emails with read receipts trying to chase them down to take $125K! Never gave us the courtesy of a return call. Got the chance to go by their booth at Maricopa County hoping to find him there, but found someone else who was just shocked that they kissed $125K goodbye. What made it worse, was there was a kid there who gave a smart-alec gesture like "oh snap, sorry we missed a chance and then a smart ass smile like NOT." You blew it just wanted you to know in person that your service failure cost you and not a small amount either. You must have thousands of customers in our price range taking up your valuable time. We found someone else who was happy to help us.

Very bad first impression. They no showed for the appt to write an estimate for pool & patio remodel. Glad your business is so good you don't need new customers. I took the morning off work and wasted 2 hours waiting. I'm sure I can find another company that can use my business.

We needed a lot of work done on our pool. We called we fix ugly pools and they came out and drained our pool, acid washed/sanitized our pool and filled it back up. We also had them work on our pool equipment and they installed a new creepy crawler. Our pool is crystal clear and ready to swim in (if we only had a heater)!
