DR Zaveri had very poor bedside manners. did not seem to care, felt like an assembly line with no concern of whether or not it was helping, just pay me $$$. Very expensive also! Would highly not recommend this place! Zero stars from us. Then to top it off sent our bills to collections when we never got a chance to pay them since WE never got billed.

The staff at the office is very friendly, however only pills were offered to me. No nerve blocks or other treatments, just more pills! No other options were given until after having surgery for the primary cause of pain. I felt as though the Doctor had no true compassion for his patients; if I'm still complaining about the pain not getting any better than look into other solutions so that I don't have to take narcotics mixed with other meds then have to take a nausea pill because not only is the pain making me nauseous, but so are the medications! I thought pain management would involve "actual" care, and if being told that should look into a psychologist then refer me to one! Isn't that one of their services? Or at least help with getting set up with a psychologist. How can a person function daily living while doped up on narcotics? I have a rare bone disease that many doctors still don't know about. What I live with is very painful and at times I can't even function because of the amount of pain I'm in. More options and treatments should have been offered, but they weren't! Their records are incorrect and when medications were brought to them that I had received in emergency that I was so out of it I didn't know that they gave me more narcotics they didn't even update my records stating that the pills were brought in and destroyed. Over all the only good thing was his staff; very compassionate! I believe that if your profession is pain management then that's what you should be doing, not just consistently prescribing more narcotics!
