The staff and veterinary services at this clinic treat all animals with as much love & respect as their own pets - this includes feral cats. If you were left with any negative impression of the clinic, I want to take this opportunity to apologize and invite you to contact me directly to discuss the alleged comment made ("just ferals"), which I can assure you is not the feeling toward ferals in this clinic.
