I have always been happy with their service and flower arrangements. I've been dealing with them for over 20 years (anniversary flower arrangements) and have been happy with each anniversary arrangement that I've gotten!

Be careful if you depend on your arrangement to be on time. I cannot comment on their arrangements because mine was never delivered that i sent for Mother's Day. They went as far as to blame someone else, but if you take the order and take the money are you not ultimately the one to make it right? I did not receive my refund until 2 weeks after the fact. The staff is not knowledgable and if there is an error made don't expect any calls back. The mgr also has a very bad memory and blames you for the errors they made. Their service is a -10 in my book. Gave them a chance to rectify the matter..it was all talk from their side and no action. When we called back, the manager said she couldn't remember the last conversation and said pretty much."Oh well" Bottomline: never got my arrangement, had to call at least 10 times to get some kind of answer, they don't take responsibility and take another 3 more calls to get your refund.
