I am going to have to STRONGLY disagree with joannew.... the orrville pet spa was VERY clean and all of the staff was extremely friendly and knew exactly what they were talking about! they gave me so much information i didn't even have any other questions.. they really do a fantastic job at letting you know how they run their business and you can tell they are TRUE DOG PEOPLE! If your looking for top of the line care with people you can trust full heartedly, ONLY GO TO THE ORRVILLE PET SPA AND RESORT!!!!
No one seemed to know what they were doing. They all acted childlike and were to busy playing around. Very Expensive. My two dogs would of been better off any other place then here!
I have had my cat stay on several occasions. This place is like 5 star hotel for pets. Its so clean and neat, you could eat off the floor. The staff has always been very friendly. They have separate areas for cats and dogs. They also have a web cam. You can visit the place on line before you even make a reservation. You can see what your furr kid is up to when you are away, and watch the staff interact with your furr kids.
We have been taking our animals to the Spa for four years. We have found everyone involved with the care of our animal family to be kind, caring, knowledgable, professional and above all else responsible. We would not go anywhere else! In the four years we've been using the Spa, we have always been pleased and very satisfied with every aspect of their care!!!
The Orrville Pet Spa & Resort is the best facility around to take your pet. Whether you are boarding or taking advantage of Doggie Daycare, this is the place to go. I have been taking my dog to daycare since they opened, he is now 13 and still goes everyday! He loves the kind staff, that feeds him lunch by hand and makes a big fuss over him when he arrives in the morning. One of the best things about the Pet Spa is that Orrville Vet clinic is right there, so if you need your pet seen for vet check-ups they will take your pet over for you or the doctor will come over to the Spa. I have recommended the Spa to numerous friends and they all love the facility and staff along with their pets. Leaving your pet with the Orrville Pet Spa is like leaving them with family!As for the two negative comments; I'm not sure they were actually at the Orrville Pet Spa & Resort in Orrville, Ohio!
The Orrville Pet Spa is the only place I can trust! After a bad experience at another boarding facility, I was scared to leave my dogs again. I went and took a tour of the Orrville Pet Spa and couldn't believe how clean it was there. While I was there, they were doing what they call TLC's. This really caught my eye to know they spend individual attention to the animals. I've been going there for a month or so now and am very pleased. I have a busy schedule and have been traveling about once a week. My dogs look like they're at home at the Pet Spa! Love the staff and love the facility! They even let me call in frequently to check on my babies :-)
I know my Dog would of had better care at the dog pound. Highly Priced. Unworthy, Uncaring Staff. Never again.
High Priced. My Dog was not taken care of as promised. No one seem to know what they were doing.
