I gave this place 4 stars out of 5..the only reason I did not give it 5 was that they do not accept Medicare. The staff have told me they have applied for it and it's a process and I believe them but I have Insurance and cannot afford to pay cash even though they did give me a receipt with the codes on it and I have just procrastinated and have not sent it in to see just how much I will get back...ANYWAY I WANT TO GIVE THE STAFF AND DR. ABUSRUR, SADI a HIGH RATING...THE STAFF WERE ALL very professional, kind, conducted theirselves in a friendly helpful manner..This office was extremely clean and the scheduling is done well as the office is not real large but the waiting room is clean, quite, what you would feel comfortable in...As for DR ABUSRUR I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH AS TO HOW IMPRESSDED I WAS/AM WITH HIM. HE IS "AN EXAMPLE AS TO HOW DOCTORS SHOULD TREAT AND CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!" HE IS EXTREMELY KIND, HAS KNOWLEGE IN MANY ASPECTS OF MEDICINE, TAKES HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN YOUR CONDITION AND WHAT YOUR TREATMENT OPTIONS ARE. He Listens TO YOU and has a Positive Outlook. I am writing this review as a patient that has saw well over my share of doctors...I started out a picture of God's Health Given and due to a drunk driver I must say It seems like Drs and Pills are something I cannot remember not having to deal with. I spent the entire 10th grade at home with a home bound teacher and the summer trying to learn how to walk again. So,I have (from age 15-54) been a fixture, monthly, at a doctors office. Many months several different types of doctors and several times a month. Therefore, if anyone knows how doctors treat people I have an entire life devoted to seeing my share. It was a pleasure to see, be treated by, meet, talk with, and feel without any doubt that Dr. Abusrur had my health at his best interest. I was really impressed with Dr. Abusrur! I can promise anyone that reads this if you have the chance to go to him " GO." It will be TIME and MONEY well spent If you Need a Wonderful Doctor. I can tell you he is no fly by night doctor that set up a pain management clinic..I will check each month, and see if their paperwork for medicare has come back and I will try my best to see him again..Everyone wants to jump on here and write something the minute something goes wrong but I felt this Dr should have someone write how well he made them feel. I hope and pray I will be able to come back and become a regular patient of Dr Abusrus! Thanks for Your Kindness! I have been in 3 major auto accidents and Dr Abusrur is the best pain management doctor I HAVE EVER BEEN TO I MY LIFE..I got ran over by a drunk driver at age 15, hit in the rear by a dump truck at 42 and my left side of my head and ear ate the Greater NEW Orleans Bridge in 1983. Each time It was only by God's Grace that I am still here..MY Pelvis was crushed, neck has 8screws and 2rods in it. I went last month to Dr Abusrus and he spent so much time with me and he honestly cares about people. He told me a lot of truth about myself. He has helped me with pain meds and trying to get feeling in my arm. I am up at 5:30am praying they now are approved for medicare. I am disable and have saw more Dr's than I can count and I can Promise You That He is Very Competent, caring, patient and kind. They don't make Dr's like this anymore. I finally found a God Send and I'm praying they will take my medicare. This Dr tells you the truth! I need his help so bad. Only God knows! DEBRA J COOK call
