I have big complaint about this place. Dr Lylita Trujillo misdiagnose my cat and she died of heart disease. She was suffering in pain all during this time she was misdiagnosed by this vet. Don't put the health of your pet in their care. They are hungry for money and don't care about your baby. They even deleted my comment on their website.

I can't say enough about this vet and his staff. They are very accommodating, genuinely care and always follow up on their patients after their appointments.

The staff is so caring and listen to all your concerns, as well as, they take the time to explain everything to you! They treated my cat Henry Pulse like a king! This is the only place I'll take Henry Pulse to!!! Best vet, techs and office staff!!

About a year ago I decided to take my cat to the vet for her first time, my grandma was already taking her cats to Crystal Creek and suggested I take her there. I'm really glad I did because my untrained eyes didn't notice how sick she was. The first thing that I really like is that there are two entrances, one for dogs and one for cats, that way they are separated in the waiting room. This helped keep my kitty more relaxed since she's not used to being around dogs. The whole office is super clean and organized, and they are really good about explaining everything they are doing and telling you what they want to do and how much everything will cost BEFORE they do anything (which is a problem my mom has with her vet). When they examine the animals they are so calm and they do everything in such a way that its easier for everyone. I can't even describe in words how good they are with all of the animals in their care. When I took my cat in they immediately noticed that she was really jaundice and overall sickly, they told me if I hadnt taken her when I did she wouldve died that weekend. So they took her in immediately and started testing and treating her. She stayed there for about a month with a feeding tube and iv, they nursed her back to health while diagnosing her with pancreatitis. She was on the brink of death to the point where she almost needed a blood transfusion, but the amazing people at Crystal Creek saved her life which I am forever grateful for. They also were really good about my financial situation and let me pay off the bills with a payment plan. I can't stress enough how amazing they are, so if your looking for a Vet to take your pets to I highly recommend them!

I love Dr. Vergel and his staff. They are so caring and take the time to make you feel like you are the most important person there. The facility is state of the art and very clean. I would not use any other vet for my animals. I trust Dr. V and his staff with my furry family members. Many people don't know, but he has also been there for many rescue groups. I didn't feel like the wait was any longer than other vet offices and as mentioned in the other review, he at least has television in every room so it is much better. I actually followed him to his new practice that is a much longer distance just so my animals would continue to have the best care available.

Very good Vet. Dr. V has been our Vet for several years. He is kind and takes his time in answering all questions. He treats ours dogs like they are his own. His staff is very kind and knowledgeable. We drive an hour in order to keep our dogs under his care. You will get great service at a good price. His facility is clean and all up to date equipment.

Very kind and helpful. Tellies in every room to alleviate boredom. However the appointment time took an extremely long time between waiting on the vet to come back to the room.
