What a bunch of sh1t! I knew I had a nail in my tire, which I bought at this location with the warranty plan, and went to have it fixed. They told me the nail was in a place that can't be fixed and they could not find my name in the system meaning I would have to buy a new tire! I decided to go across the street to see what they think, and they fixed my tire at no charge!! Never will I pay for tires or service at this Big O or any other Big O again and I hope you can learn from my horrible experience!! What a rip off!!

I have been going here for years. I love there service and honesty. I really appreciate the fact that they do more than just tires. They can take care of all my vehicle needs in one stop.

Just went in for Safety and Emissions. They told me it would be about an hour. I left and was back in an hour. I waited for half an hour, looking at my car every few minutes because nobody seemed to be working on it. When I finally got somebody to talk to me, he said he called my name 15 minutes ago. I told him that I was here for the last 30 minutes and he replied that it must have been before I got back that he called my name. He then said I needed new tires, but changed his mind when I questioned him about it. He told me the tires are fine then said what the "real" problem was, but refused to explain more. Sure, it was a convenient stop, but definitely not worth it.
